A whole spit-roasted pig served with crispy crackling, homemade apple sauce and stuffing, in large soft floured rolls (whole pig starts at 75 people).

Spit-roasted topside of beef served with horseradish or mustard sauce.

Rosemary seasoned spit-roasted lamb served with mint sauce.

Seasoned spit-roasted chicken, served with your choice of sauce.

Including hand pressed beef burgers, fresh sausage, chicken and steak.
