Merlin Davis, 25th of August 2009We asked Simon to do a pig roast for our wedding on the 8th of August, he also arranged jacket potatoes; the food was absolutely fantastic and it was all cooked perfectly; most of my guests were farmers so they know a good pig when they are eating one!!! He really could not have done anything better- thoroughly nice chap.

Julie Wright, 13th of June 2009We used Shakespeare Spit Roast for my Moms 70th birthday, so had a mixture of young and old people. Everyone enjoyed the pig roast, commenting how good the food and staff were. We had good support from the initial enquiry to the day of the party, answering all questions in a timely manner. Some of the guests showed an interest in booking this company for other events that they are involved in. The chef carved the remainder of the pig into manageable joints so that further meals could be had - and did make excellent meals during the following week. We will recommend to others.

They were very helpful at the planning stages calming any worries and on the day they arrived on time, set up quickly and served excellent food in a professional and friendly manner. The compliments from all of the guests confirmed that we made the right choice. I would have no hesitation using the Shakespeare Spit Roast Company again and would recommend them without reservation. Susan Watt, 22nd of April 2009We hired the Shakespeare Spit roast Company for a 40th Birthday Garden Party. The quality of the food and the efficiency of the staff were excellent. We were particulary impressed with the friendliness of the company. Everyone seemed really happy to be working together. We would definitely use them again.
